Claire offers private fiddle and piano tuition and masterclasses at her home in South Edinburgh. She has over 20 years of fiddle teaching experience, previously based in the Highlands, and was employed by Feis Rois as a Youth Music Iniative tutor working in various schools throughout the Highland region.
Claire's gentle approach means that she is comfortable working with both children and adults and her belief is that anyone can play music! She understands that people have different learning styles and tailors her lessons accordingly. She teaches by ear and uses notation and offers tuition for anyone over the age of three, all ages welcome!
